For our RV guests, we offer pull-thru 50/30 amp full service sites, back-in 30 amp full service sites, and back-in water and electric only sites. We also have cozy cabins and a park model available, as well as primitive campsites for tent campers.

Cabins Campers must bring their own bedding for beds. Cabins are equipped with space heater, electric lights and outlet, with fire-pit and picnic table outside each cabin. RV Sites All RV sites vary in size, short to long, narrow to wide. Most sites get some shade during different parts of the day. Each site has a fire-pit and picnic table. Tent Sites All Tent sites vary in size, and will accommodate two average size tents. Sites are grassy and most have shade during some part of the day. Each site has a fire-pit and picnic table. Extra vehicle Charge is $10.00 per night. Charge applies to all vehicles or towed vehicles and trailers, with the exception of motorcycles not towed. Additional vehicles must be parked in the overflow parking assigned. Boat mooring charge is $20.00/nite to dock. Charges apply to all engine powered watercraft tying up to the dock or to the shore and must obtain a boat pass by leaving a refundable (upon return of pass) cash deposit of $25.00. Space is limited and should be reserved in advance.

Double occupancy means that the room/site rate is the same whether one or two people stay. Weekend nights are defined as Friday and Saturday Holiday and Special Event nights for 2012: Memorial Day - May 25th, 26th and 27th Ironman Event - June 22nd, 23rd, and 24th Independence Day - June 29th, 30th, July 1st - 7th Labor Day - August 31st, September 1st, and 2nd

 

Reservation and refund policy
Reservations	Reservations guaranteed by a credit card have reserved availability upon arrival, but not for a specific site. All reservations are to be paid in full at time of booking. Adjustments for extra persons or vehicles from the original booking will be made upon arrival.
Cancellation	Cancellations made within 3 days of the arrival date, or a no show without notice, will be charged for the entire stay and be entitled to no refund. Cancellations made more than 3 days before the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation.
Changes	Changes made within 3 days of the arrival date are entitled to no refund. All changes are subject to availability and are at the discretion of the manager on duty.  Changes made more than 3 days before the arrival date that result in a downgrade of the reservation, will be charged a 10% change fee on the difference in dollar amount of the original reservation. This would apply to shortening of stays, number of attendees, and/or changes to site class.
Early Departure	There are no refunds for early departures for any reason.
Non-Guaranteed	Pending, or non-guaranteed, reservations are for informational purposes only and are not considered a guarantee of availability. Pending reservations can and will be moved or cancelled without notice.
Group or Family Bookings	We cannot guarantee side by side sites, specific sites, cabins, or RV sites. We will do our best to keep groups together or to accommodate specific site request or special needs. When booking multiple sites, each site must be booked under the name of the responsible adult intending to occupy the site. Organizers of group bookings may pay for multiple sites and would be responsible for cancellation fees of the reservation owner.
